Selama 21 tahun disini, so far disini gedung nya masih ok namun old building beda dengan dulu, saat ini lift nya kurang bagus fasilitas nya karena beberapa ada yg tidak berfungsi dan lambat. Toilet karena sudah tua lebih baik material nya baru lagi atau direnovasi.

Untuk security lobi kurang begitu ramah, tetapu untuk security di parkir sudah bagus, untuk fasilitas parkiran luas tetapi susah untuk mencari parkir. Untuk sistem parkir nya kurang.

Untuk overall kualitas gedung nya lumayan, apalagi waktu penanganan gempa cepat oleh security, setiap setahun sekali ada simulasi bencana. Lokasi strategis disini.
