Nice management, the place so strategic because very close to Setiabudi 1, which is theres some restaurants, cinema, and another facilities; salon,money changer, bank, printing etc. and close to busway station. and want to be built LRT around Jl. HR Rasuna Said.

Building management bagus, respon kadang cepat kadang lambat, komplain ada engineering tanpa notifikasi sebelumnya, misal internet ketarik jadi mati semua, kurang koordinasi (maintanance) parking area terbatas.
