Used to be barren and required you to go to Indofood Plaza to get any kind of coffee. Luckily Starbucks has now opened and I do not need to cross the street anymore. The elevator seems a bit delayed--it doesn't seem to open the right time as when the elevator reaches the same level as the floor. Other than employee cafeteria or Sumibian and Angus, there's few options. You have to cross to Indofood for further options.<br /><br />Chase plaza however is in a good general location, access from Sudirman and the back towards Setiabudi. Traffic is a problem like any Sudirman building. <br /><br />The building facade is a quite dated in design and probably should get a facelift soon. I have not had any issues with any broken or damage in the building itself so I cannot comment for management's responsiveness to fixing building issues.
