North Jakarta

Located at the northernmost part of DKI Jakarta Province, North Jakarta directly borders the Java Sea. Covering an area of around 140 square kilometers, it is home to more than 1.8 million residents.

Administratively, North Jakarta consists of six districts: Cilincing, Kelapa Gading, Koja, Pademangan, Penjaringan, and Tanjung Priok—the latter serving as the city’s government center.

For entrepreneurs looking to strengthen their corporate image, office location plays a crucial role. The right location not only supports operations but also improves employee convenience and overall business performance.

While Central Jakarta is often seen as the prime choice for office rentals, North Jakarta is becoming an increasingly attractive alternative thanks to its improving infrastructure, accessibility, and relatively affordable land prices compared to other areas.

Transportation in North Jakarta is also highly accessible, with various public transit systems, car rental services, and app-based ride-hailing options available.

Beyond property, oil & gas and shipping industries are among the most active business sectors in the region. For those seeking office space in North Jakarta, a wide selection of buildings is available.

The area also offers entertainment and leisure destinations, making it a vibrant place for both business and recreation.

The Appeal of North Jakarta
